My mission with Steps of Faith is to glorify the Lord by sharing my gift and passion of breath taking dance with others. Whether this be through fostering young minds and hearts or sharing the art through creating full ballets that showcase the raw, emotional capacity of dance and touch the minds and hearts of all who attend.
It has been my dream since I was young to create a dance academy that is Christ centered and to make an impact with the gift I was blessed with.
It’s not about dancing for oneself but dancing for a higher purpose.

What sets Steps of Faith Ballet Academy apart ?
We are faith based and kingdom driven! The environment we want to provide our students is one that will ignite their passion for serving the Lord with the gifts they were blessed with, while also fostering growth in that gift as well as their faith.‍ ‍

Academy
Academy Students are an Elite group of students and must audition and register to be a part of this prestigious program. Auditions by invite only by Mr. Chance.
3 Academy Performances per year are required.
12 hours a week is required for the Full Time Academy program and are hosted Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4:30pm-8:30pm. July-May
We do offer Part Time Academy options for one or two days, upon approval of the instructor. Part Time students must be able to learn all choreography and be available for performances. Note (Part time students may not always have solo roles in the full length ballet.
Schedule:
-Tuesday- Thursday- Friday-(Full TIme)
Part time options available
4:30 - 5:00: PBT/Palates (30 Min)
5:00 - 6:30: Ballet (1.5 Hrs)
6:30 - 7:00: Variations (30 Min)/ Pas De Deux
7:00 - 8:30: Story Ballet Rehearsal (1.5 Hrs)
-Fees and Tuition:
Academy Tuition: $450 Monthly (Full Time Student)- 2nd child in a family receives a 5% tuition discount (Part Time Students will be $150 or $300 monthly depending on hours.)
Tuition covers 48 hours a month of dance time for full time students
$150 Choreography Fee
$200 Costume Fee
All Academy Students get a heavily discounted rate of $10 per class for all additional classes. After 5 classes, the rest are FREE.

Refined By Fire Company is a competitive dance team dedicated to pursuing excellence in both artistry and faith. Named after 1 Peter 1:7, this team represents dancers who are not only trained in technique but also spiritually refined—learning to shine with purpose through every challenge and performance.
Our dancers attend conventions as well as compete at a high level with solos, duets & trios, while staying rooted in humility, worship, and integrity. Through private training, teamwork, and Spirit-led creativity, they discover that the most powerful performances don’t just impress—they inspire and make a kingdom impact.
In this company students are: Sharpened in discipline, Refined through perseverance, and set on fire with passion to glorify God with their gift.
Each dancer is seen as a vessel being molded—through hard work, correction, and grace—into something radiant and strong, like gold purified by fire.
Refined by Fire Competition Company is by audition and invitation only. For dancers ready to grow not just as performers—but as bold, faith-filled leaders in motion.

Anchored in grace classes are our intermediate to advanced level classes with a combination of the elegance and technique in our foundational ballet class along with jazz, contemporary, Improve and lyrical to express faith through other dance movement.
Students will develope technique with all genres of dance while engaging in uplifting, faith-centered choreography set to inspiring music.
These classes are designed to cultivate both physical strength and spiritual connection, creating a beautiful space for dancers to glorify God through the art of dance in all areas.

Lifter High our Masterclasses designed for dedicated dancers seeking to refine their technique in ballet, contemporary and pointe within a Christ Centered environment.
You must take the Masterclass if you want to be in Nutcracker or Swan Lake.
As dancers learn to move together with grace and unity, they are reminded of the beauty of partnership rooted in God’s design—lifting one another up in both movement and spirit.
First Steps of Faith
*Beginner Ballet/Jazz

First Steps of Faith is an introductory ballet, jazz combo class designed for young or beginner dancers that offers a gentle introduction to the art of dance in a Christ-centered environment.
In this class, students will learn the basic fundamentals of ballet and jazz including posture, balance, and simple movements, all while being encouraged to grow in grace, confidence, and faith. Through each step, we cultivate not only technical skill but also a deeper understanding of how God’s love guides our movement and expression.
It’s the perfect starting point for little or beginner dancers to take their first steps on a journey of artistic and spiritual growth!
